Ingredients:
130 gr all purpose flour
100 gr margarine
1/2 tsp salt
250 ml water
4 eggs
rum vanilla and dark chocolate fla:
50 gr corn starch
500 ml milk ( fresh)
75 gr sugar
2 egg yolk
1 tbs rum
60 gr dark chocolate (6 block)
1. Boil the water, salt, and margarine. turn off.
2. Add flour and mixed it thoroughly until smooth and became like a ball. let it cool for a moment.
preheat your oven at 392 F / 200 C
3. Add eggs one by one to the mixture and mixed it with mixer until smooth.
4. Put all the mixture into the pastry spreader ( kantong segitiga ) and then spread it onto the battered baking sheet.
5. Baked for 25 minutes until golden brown. ( don't open the oven while baking )
6. Let it cool down on the wire rack.
Vanilla Rum Fla:
1. Dissolve corn starch with part of milk and add 2 egg yolk in it, mix it until smooth.
2. Boil the milk and sugar while stirring continuously. after boiled add the mixture (cornstarch, egg mixture) and stir it until smooth. Split the batter into 2 part ( separate bowl ).
3. Wait until not too hot, add rum and 1tbs vanilla extract in the first bowl.
Dark chocolate fla:
1. Melt dark chocolate with half cup of milk.
2. Add half of the fla batter (second bowl) and mix it.
