Bakwan Jagung Manado ( Manado Corn fritters)

Hi Guysss,
This is my first blog ever please enjoy and give a comment so I can improve my writing and cooking skills on the same time. I don't like to write and read anything, but now I'm taking creative writing class, isn't that weird?? -- yeah I think so..  Ok now let's stop that crappy talk and begin with the recipe :) 


Bakwan jagung Manado (Manado Corn Fritters) sedikit berbeda dengan bakwan jagung biasa. Letak perbedaannya cuma di jagungnya aja, kalo Manado semua jagungnya di pipil ga ada yang di parut dan pake tepung beras. Kalo gw pribadi sih lebih suka yang ala Manado ( walaupun bukan dari Manado :) 






Manado Corn Fritters Recipe
Ingredients :
400 gr kernel corn ( frozen or fresh)
1 egg
150 gr rice flour
4 tbs flour ( all purpose)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp white / black pepper
125 ml warm water

Grind :
5-8 shallot
4 garlic

Finely chopped :
2 green onion
4 kaffir lime leaves

- Mix corn, egg, grind ingredients, finely chopped ingredients, coriander, salt, pepper. 

- make a batter with rice flour, all purpose flour and warm water.
- mix the the batter with the corn. fried it in the medium hot oil until golden brown.
