Mie goreng Hokkian

Mie goreng Hokkian


Ingredients:

1 bag noodle
3 shallot
3 garlic
1 red chilli
2 eggs
10 shrimps

beansprout
cabbage
1 tomato
3 tbs sweet soy sauce ( kecap manis ABC)
1/2 cup water
salt and pepper

Heat 2 tbs of oil in the wok over medium heat, add garlic shallot and chilli stir it until fragrant and add shrimp and fish cake. Add some water (1/2 cup) and add the noodles, sweet soy sauce, pour the egg and stir to combine. add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer a few minutes until the noodles soften and absorb the water. Add beansprout and cabbage and stir to combine. DONE~ :)
